Jane started her career in office copier sales, then moving on to British Airways as Training Manager.
On leaving, she worked as a training consultant, designing and delivering sessions for a number of different organisations, before setting up Athenaeum Consulting.
She loves working with people and helping them to achieve their goals. When not working, she is a lifetime fan of Crystal Palace and is most often found supporting them, whatever their trials and tribulations!
Helen worked in advertising sales and telemarketing before moving to account management and then training.
Having originally worked with Sandra Procter, she then moved to the Royal Mail and then into freelance consultancy before Athenaeum was born.
When not working, designing at home or delivering around the world, she is most often found with her head in a book or on holiday!
We love working with our clients. We have delivered business solutions in Canada and China, from Israel to Thailand, Bahrain to North Carolina, Paris to Portishead and everywhere in between.
The content has varied - from sales skills and account management to delivering an excellent customer experience, training trainers to train and coaching skills, amongst others.
We have also delivered with translators, with the support of BSL (British Sign Language) signers and co-delivering with the client themselves, delivering their own sessions.
Whatever the place or situation, after 30 years, we have probably had the experience of it, and it is this that we can share with you, to come up with what's right for your own people.
